As a therapist, I value getting to know your story and the unique experiences that shape who you are. I believe we are always part of a larger community—our friendships, families, histories, and the places we live all influence our journey. In our work together, we may explore how these connections affect your life and sense of self. I see therapy as a collaborative process that adapts to your needs. Sometimes that might mean trying out practical tools to help you live in line with your values and goals, and other times it may involve slowing down to process and reflect on challenges. At its heart, therapy is an adventure we take together—a space to explore new possibilities and deepen self-understanding.Outside of my work, I love being outdoors hiking, biking, and spending time with my kids. I also enjoy cooking and have developed a bit of a sourdough bread-baking obsession. I look forward to connecting with you.
